We are a team from a small software engineering company from Indonesia called PT. Aegis Ultima Technology, who really cares about what happened to our Muslims generations and trying to make a difference in todays digital technology, especially how most of our younger generations are getting to disengage to Quran as our main source of Guidance.

As Prophet Muhammad used to mention and remind us of how close is the Day of Judgment. He pointed out that one of the signs of the Last Day is

“Religious knowledge will be taken away (by the death of people of religious learned men), and religious ignorance will prevail.”
(Al-Muslim, Vol. 4, 1503-1504)

As the time goes by, the Quran literacy among Moslems had consistently declined. A study conducted by Professor Dr Engku Ahmad Zaki Engku Alwi stated that, 76,5% of muslim youths did not recite Quran on the previous day, followed with 75,7% respondents stated that the Islamic study courses weren’t sufficient to assist them to read Quran skillfully. This could weaken the practice of Islamic values in Muslims daily lives.

This situation inspired us to try helping Muslims around the world to be closer with Quran by taking Quran to their gadgets that attached to them everyday. This Qur’an App comes with helpful features that ease users to read, listen, learn and grasp Quranic meanings.
